Residential Appraisals
Call it what you want; a house appraisal, a home appraisal or a residential appraisal we have the staff to handle your needs. We have four residential appraisers, each one specializes in a geographic area. By far our biggest residential appraisal areas are in Tuolumne County and Calaveras County. Two of our appraisers work Tuolumne County, Calaveras County and portions of Mariposa County, one in the valley for Merced County and Stanislaus County and another for Amador County, El Dorado County and Sacramento County. Mono County is done by special arrangement. We appraise for banks/lenders, government agencies, attorneys, and private individuals.

    Our staff appraises in most foothill communities. In the foothill area appraising
      single family homes is technical job. Almost every job requires special
      knowledge to determine the market value by evaluating lot sizes, house quality and
      style.

| All the staff appraisers are licensed and
      have extensive knowledge in preparing appraisals for banks, mortgage
      companies, attorneys, court work, trusts, insurance, and government agencies. We are approved
      by major lenders and relocation companies. This division of our office
      also handles lot and residential land appraisals.
      
       Each appraisal comes with the form, pictures of subject,
      comps, views and interior pictures, floor plan, at least two maps,
      and extensive addendums.  |
